Hall and venue bookings
Havering Council can help you choose the right venue for your exhibition, wedding, anniversary, dance or birthday party.
Each Council owned hall has a unique identity and size so you are sure to find one to meet your individual requirements. We can cater for anything from 80 to 250 people, so you can select the hall according to your needs.
Availability
For celebratory functions, our halls are generally available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Midweek bookings may be accepted by special arrangement.
Catering

Booking the halls
Bookings can be accepted up to one year in advance. For more details or to make a booking, please contact us (details above right).

Points to remember
- To check availability of halls, contact us.
- Provisional bookings are held for fourteen days.
- Fill out booking form, sign and return with your 10% non-refundable deposit within fourteen days.
- Invoices for hire of halls must be paid within fourteen days of receipt.
- The hirer shall leave the hall in a clean and tidy state.
- New Windmill and Dukes Hall may be booked to midnight. Tweedway Hall closes at 11pm.
