Reporting a faulty light

Please indicate the precise location of the light by telling us the following:
- The name of the road or street where the light is located.
- Any junction with other roads.
- The nearest house number or the closest landmark.
- The lamp column number, if applicable, usually found on the road side of the column approx. 2 metres up.
- The bollard number, if applicable - this can be found on the front or the rear of the unit.
Useful information when reporting a faulty light
What exactly is wrong with the light?
- Has it been knocked over?
- Has the post/bollard been damaged, e.g. exposed wires?
- Is it permanently on?
- Is the door missing?
- Is the light bulb dead?
