Reporting a problem with a manhole or cover
Please indicate the precise location of the manhole by telling us the following:
- The name of the road or street where the manhole is located.
- Any junction with other roads.
- The nearest house number or the closest landmark.
Additional information required to enable us to allocate priority
- Any identifying marks on the cover.
- Is it likely to cause an accident, injury or damage?
- Is the manhole in the middle or at the side (towards the kerb or a property boundary) of the pavement /road?

- Damaged?
- Dislodged?
- Missing?
- Protruding?
