If you are a housing association tenant ring your registered social landlord
You can also report locations and perpetrators of non-urgent cases of anti-social behaviour to the 24-hour answerphone on 01708 779267, In an emergency you should always ring 999.
We are taking action to protect our residents
HCSP is committed to tackling anti-social behaviour and has introduced numerous initiatives designed to improve the quality of life for residents in Havering.
In the past year the borough has brought in a Restricted Alcohol Zone designed to reduce alcohol related disorder in Romford Town Centre. The partnership has also introduced dispersal orders designed to prevent intimidation by groups of people in different parts of the borough.
We have issued acceptable behaviour contracts and ASBOs to residents who have made other people's lives a misery. Several residents have been evicted from their homes because of their behaviour.
HCSP knows how important the community is in helping to tackle anti social behaviour. We want your help to make Havering even safer than it is now.
