Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Report
SA serves to integrate sustainability considerations into the plan making process by assessing the contribution of policies to sustainable development; it also incorporates the requirement for Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA).
The draft SA Scoping Report for the Minerals Sites DPD was published for consultation in summer 2010. The Final SA Scoping Report.has been amended to reflect the consultation comments received.
