Havering has a dedicated Road Safety team that works with the community to keep Havering's roads safe for pedestrians, drivers and cyclists.
Here are just a few of the initiatives being run by the Road Safety Unit to make Havering a safer borough.
- Car child seat safety checks
- Road safety - cycling proficiency
- Road safety - driver training
- Education on safe road use
- Cycling and walking to school
- Roads - school crossing patrols (lollipop women and men)
