Havering's history and historic buildings are celebrated in our new Heritage in Havering booklet that's just been published. There are buildings and locations all over the borough - just right for a day out during the Summer. The printed version is available from Council libraries, or you can view and download it from our website.
Havering has many sites of heritage interest but, partly due to the borough's large size, sites appear to be few and far between. Many are of special interest to local areas, reflecting the development of a village, town or agricultural settlement.
