Transport

The library is situated between Saint Lawrence's Church and Upminster Park. Buses 370, 246, 248, 225, 271, 273 and 347 stop close by.

The Exhibition space is near the front of the library which is used for general displays and promotions by groups such as Age Concern, Havering Association for People with Disabilities and the Volunteer Community Action for Havering.  If there are any groups who would like to use this area, please contact Maria Louca on 01708 434587.

We sell green garden sacks and stock free recycling orange sacks.  You can also pick up parking permits and have your freedom pass issued.

Local History in the Dictionary of National Biography
