Please be aware that a Fee scale is applicable to Commercial Lettings and can be found on the right hand side of the page. These fees are payable in addition to any rent, business rates and other outgoings payable under the terms of the lease. In addition to these fees, the Council will also make a charge in respect of it's reasonable legal costs.

For prospective shop tenants, download our application form, This form can only be submitted when a shop is available for rent and you have discussed your requirements with property services.

If you are an existing council shop tenant and wish to assign your lease to another person or business, you can download our application to assign form. Once these are completed send them back to us.
