A Free Health and Physical Activity event aimed at adults aged 45-60 years old.
Live Active!
Havering Health and Sports Development Team in partnership with NHS Havering are holding an event called "Live Active" on Saturday 22nd May, 10.30-2.30pm at The Queens Theatre in Hornchurch.
The free event, targeting adults aged 45-60 years old, will offer information and advice about an active lifestyle, blood pressure checks, pedal powered smoothie maker, free massage and free taster sessions including yoga and Latin dance.
