This section of the website contains details of any Council premises that are available for sale.
Many of the sites sold by the Council may be suitable for residential development (subject to consents) and this will often involve some element of affordable housing. Purchasers would need to consider the requirement for affordable housing as part of any planning application.
The provision of affordable housing will usually involve a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and the Council's Housing Service has prepared a preferred list of such organisations.
