Visual Arts College Frances Bardsley School
The Visual Arts Centre is a purpose built gallery and workshop space situated on Brentwood Road, Romford.
Exhibitions are open to the general public from 9:30 – 12:20 & 13:30 – 16:30 Monday to Friday. The workshop space is available for hire 7 days per week from 9:00 – 23:00.
If you are a local group or artist/designer we welcome your enquiry to hire the space for exhibitions or workshops.

Havering Music school
Havering music school is the council's centre for music tuition. Contact Isobel Liebman the Director for information 01708 450313.
Art exhibitions
Art exhibitions are held continuously at the Queen's Theatre, Hornchurch Library and Central Library Romford.
Children's activities
Fairkytes Arts Centre offers arts and crafts workshops for children after school, at weekends and in school holidays. Information from 01708 456308.
Children's shows tour all ten libraries for a month in the summer. Annual Christmas show at Fairkytes. 01708 456308.
Saturday arts scheme for children runs at Fairkytes Arts Centre in Hornchurch, Harold Hill and Collier Row. 01708 456308.
Amateur groups
