Parking permits

We are aware since the Easter holidays of instances where customers have paid for parking sessions but have been issued tickets. This was due to a technical error with our systems which has now been resolved. Please appeal the tickets if you feel it has been issued incorrectly, the information on how to do this is included on the reverse of the ticket.

Parking permits

Our parking permits are virtual which means you do not get a paper permit to display on your vehicle.

Our enforcement officers scan your licence plate and cross reference it with our records to check you are parked correctly.

We work with MiPermit to administer permits in Havering and you can buy and make changes to your permits through their dedicated permit managing website or app that you can download to your phone.

Virtual permits that you can buy include resident parking permits and permits for your visitors, replacing the old scratchcard permits.

Please note that blue badge permit applications are not available as virtual permits through MiPermit. Please go to the Blue Badge applications webpage to apply.
