Maygreen Crescent and Park Lane Sheltered Housing Scheme
Redevelopment proposal goes to consultation
Havering Council has identified Maygreen Crescent and Park Lane sheltered housing scheme for closure and possible demolition and redevelopment.
Regeneration Programme Director, Neil Stubbings, has held meetings with residents to explain the proposals.
During Summer 2016, Sheltered Housing Team Leader, Sharon Nunn, and Maygreen Crescent and Park Lane Sheltered Scheme Officer, Ashley Cowlin, held meetings with each individual resident to identify their individual needs to help to relocate them to suitable alternative accommodation. At the meetings family members or friends were welcomed to attend if the resident wished to invite them.
Consultation will continue as proposals are prepared so tenants and leaseholders can influence the final design of the new estate.
If you have already decided you want to move and have details please complete the Ask Housing form below.
