Lydia specifically structures her classes round providing options for progression on poses – and you can choose the easier or more intermediate options depending on your level of ability and desire for challenge! Lydia passionately advocates that yoga is for everyone, and therefore dedicates herself to creating classes catered to providing students from all backgrounds with a positive yoga experience.
Lydia not only challenges you physically, but also aims to cultivate mindfulness into your practice and daily life. The classes incorporate postures (asanas), breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation – all practices with their own individual range of health benefits.
