Standing warm ups and sequences (no mats required). Think fun and flowing Tai Chi/Qigong type moves based on the Dru style of yoga.
Meet by the outdoor gym equipment (Black's Brook "miniature railway stop") in Lodge Farm Park at 10am for registration.
Wear warm layers you can move easily in (shoes can stay on). The session is fun and suitable for everyone (children welcome to join in if accompanied by an adult).
Finish in time so that those who want to can join the council walk in Raphaels Park at 11.00am.
