Yoga class for all ages and abilities.
Yoga is great way to keep fit and improve strength,flexibility and balance.
Learn basic postures and breathing technics to aid relaxation.
To join our mixed ability yoga class you need to be able to get up and down from the floor, if not most exercises can be done sitting in a chair instead.
Yoga mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
