Change a parking permit vehicle registration number or address

Have you got a virtual permit through MiPermit?

Please go straight to your MiPermit account to make changes to your address or vehicle.

Have you got a paper permit?

Please now buy a permit through MiPermit.

Please then contact us at trafficandparkingcontrol@havering.gov.uk to cancel your existing paper permit and get a pro rata refund.
