Parking permits for voucher bays
Voucher parking permits allow you to park in designated bays in Romford.
Any motorist can apply for a voucher permit – it doesn’t matter if you do not live or work in Havering.
To apply for a voucher permit we simply need your personal details and the details of your vehicle.
The permit is valid for one year and can be used in any of the voucher parking bays in Romford.
They are located in Crow Lane, Davidson Way, Marks Road, Richmond Road, Shaftesbury Road, Victoria Road, and Wheatsheaf Road.
Voucher permits cost £515. There is a £25.50 administration fee for any change to a permit or to replace lost or stolen ones.
When you need to renew your permit
From 23 March to 13 July 2020 permit renewals were suspended due to the impact of coronavirus on our operations.
As a result we are giving you a 3 month extension to your renewal.
We are doing this by changing the date you need to renew on, moving it 3 months ahead of your normal renewal date.
Please check the table below to find your new renewal date.
While you wait for your new renewal period, and your existing permit expires, please continue to display your existing permit.
Our enforcement officers will check the permit expiry date, the licence plate number and your zone and will not issue a ticket if you are within the 3 month extension period.
Please remember the extension only applies to the zone your permit is for.
When you renew, this will become your new annual renewal date so do remember when you need to renew for the following year as we do not send a reminder.
