Please do not fill in any forms that take payments, do not use the automated payment phone line and do not call us to ask that we take a payment during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Pests

There are a number of animals, birds and insects found in our homes which may be considered 'pests'.

We do not offer a pest control service and are not able to identify specimens of insects. Advice on these matters is available from the British Pest Control Association.

In many cases, householders can effectively carry out their own pest control treatments and related work. However, in some cases it is advisable to engage the services of a competent pest control contractor.

Approved traders

If you are thinking of buying goods or services, use a business that has been approved by trading standards to ensure that they operate in a legal, honest and fair way - a 'Buy With Confidence Trader'.

Council properties

If you live in a council property and are experiencing issues with certain pests please complete our Homes and Housing pest form. Depending on the type of pest we will email you to let you know if we can help.
