Highways register (List of Council-maintained roads)
The Council is required by law to keep records of all the named streets in the borough which are maintained by us at public expense.
These records are kept in a highways register which is available to view free of charge at the Town Hall - subject to a pre-booked appointment and 24 hours notice. You can also view or download the council's spreadsheet which lists all of the publicly maintained roads in Havering.

The fee for written adopted highways information and per extract of the highways register is £31. We only accept cheques which should be enclosed with your enquiry. Cheques need to be made payable to London Borough of Havering and sent to the address and department above.
