Highways register (List of Council-maintained roads)
The Council is required by law to keep records of all the named streets in the borough which are maintained by us at public expense.
These records are kept in a highways register which is available to view free of charge at the PASC (Public Advicde and Service Centre), - Located in The Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford, RM1 3RL, subject to a pre-booked appointment and 24 hours notice.
Please note we do not give adopted highways information via the telephone.

The fee for written adopted highways information and per extract of the highways register is £31. We only accept cheques which should be enclosed with your enquiry. Cheques need to be made payable to London Borough of Havering and sent to the address and department above.
