We provide a housing advice, information and homelessness service.
If you are homeless or faced with the threat of homelessness then get in touch as soon as possible. We may be able to help and prevent you from becoming homeless.
You can also:
- phone us on 01708 432824
- visit the Housing Advice and Homelessness team in the Public Advice and Services Centre (PASC) in Romford
If you consider yourself homeless and intend to visit the PASC you need to fill out the Homeless aid form before you will be seen.
The Housing Advice and Homelessness team are available in the PASC on the following:
|Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday||9am to 5pm|
|Wednesday||1pm to 5pm|
The team can be very busy and personal callers will be seen in order of priority. As this may entail a lengthy wait it is always advisable to phone us if possible.
We will work with you to find a solution to your housing problem to stop you from losing your home in the first place.
