BHR Suicide Prevention Strategy
While the rate of suicide in Havering is lower (better) than London and England, this is a poor measure of the long lasting and devastating impact of suicide on all those affected.
Local authorities and health services across Havering, Barking & Dagenham, and Redbridge are working together to reduce rates in our local areas and have developed a joint Suicide Prevention Strategy that summarises the problem and sets out the local priorities for action.
