Management of Council-owned property
The operational properties are managed by the relevant Council directorates that occupy the property.
The Council's commercial property and shop lettings are managed centrally by the Property Services section.
Property Services also deal with the buying and selling of land and property assets as well as providing all other property advice to the Council.
When a property is surplus to the operational or strategic requirements of the council and is to be sold or let, details can be found on the land and property availability lists section of the website.
