Feel Safe Friday campaign

#FeelSafeFriday, launched in May, runs every Friday on social media to remind people on how to remain safe, but still have fun whist on a night out. The eye-catching visual with a key safety message is at the heart of the campaign.Street pastors e-card image

So far the campaign has covered, safety whilst travelling and at festivals; anti-social behaviour, the dangers of carrying a weapon on a night out and Street Pastors - trained volunteers from local churches who care about their community has also been promoted.

The campaign has also been supported by the Metropolitan Police, along with local bars and clubs.

Street Pastors

Street pastors are trained volunteers from local churches and we care about our community.

They are usually on patrol from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. on a Friday or Saturday night to care for, listen to and help people who are out on the streets.
