A number of online systems and forms such as your Council Tax account, planning searches, committee meeting papers and the My Havering account area will be unavailable because of essential maintenance between 8am and 7pm on Sunday 24 September. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Havering's website named as most improved

The Council's website has recently been named most improved local government website in the UK, by Sitemorse.

It's also been rated the best out of all 32 London boroughs.

Councillor Clarence Barrett, Cabinet Member for Transformation, said:

 “Recognition that the Havering Council website is the most improved council website in the UK reflects the recent improvements we’ve made. If you’ve never visited www.havering.gov.uk  – or if you haven’t used it recently – I encourage everyone to have a look at what’s changed.

"The new design, new search engine, new technology and new content have made the website much easier to use especially if you are using a phone or mobile device.

"From renewing a parking permit to paying Council Tax there are over 300 services online that allow you to do business with the Council when and where you want to.”
