Havering Show open for business for 2017
Trade and craft applications are open for this year’s Havering Show, offering Havering-based businesses the chance to sell their goods to around 50,000 people.
For just £100 for a stand – a discount of £50 compared to businesses from outside the Borough, Havering traders have a unique opportunity to do business with a huge local customer base as well as improving awareness of their brand within the borough.
The show is also on the look-out for sponsorship. Becoming a sponsor of the Havering Show not only gives your business access to the large number of people which attend the event, but your business name will feature on all our promotional material – giving your brand the potential to reach thousands more, both inside and outside of the borough.
Leader of Havering Council, Councillor Roger Ramsey, said: “Last year we had a record number of people visiting over the two days, and we expect this year to be even bigger. This makes it an ideal opportunity for businesses to put their goods before a massive audience.
“The Havering Show is a community event and that is why we are offering this special deal for Havering businesses. A payment of £100 gets them a stand for two days, at a discount of 40 percent compared to the price for non-Havering businesses. This is part of our commitment to helping Havering’s entrepreneurs and we hope they will take advantage of this special offer.
“Sponsoring the Havering show is another way local businesses can reach thousands of potential new clients and improve their network in the borough. Not only will these sponsors feature on all our marketing material, they will also be an integral part of the event and help us to deliver a bigger and better show for 2017.”
This year’s show will take place on the August Bank Holiday Weekend (Sunday 27 and Monday 28 August) and as usual will be free for people to attend.
The 2017 Havering Show will have three stages for live performers, as well as a large craft market, a Street Food-style food court, funfair, and various children’s activities and entertainment.
