From Buckingham Palace to Havering Music School
The Band of the Coldstream Guards hit high notes over the weekend (Saturday 4 November) as they visited Havering Music School in Hornchurch to deliver a large-scale performance with pupils.
The Band, who regularly play at both Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle providing musical support, worked with local students and community music groups where they performed several rousing hymns and anthems.
Havering Music school is a specialist music service that teaches instrumental lessons to children of any age or standard. The school, provided by Havering Council focuses on developing sound technical and musical skills to promote self-expression and confidence.
