Keep Fit 50+

  • Held every Tuesday from 1:30pm till 3pm between 16 April and 21 May 2024
  • Location: Cranham Social Hall, 103 Front Lane, Cranham RM14 1XN
  • Cost: First class free. £5 after.

An Exercise, Movement and Dance session for 50+ mature movers who wish to be a little more active in 2024.

Improve flexibility, stamina, strength and co-ordination. Work to your own ability listening to your own body. Some balance and chair work.

Friendly group why not come and have a go.
