We operate from several locations in Havering with the centre of local government in the borough being based at Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB.

Twin cities

Havering was twinned with Ludwigshafen in Germany in 1971. This was suggested following a meeting between Havering police and Ludwigshafen police.

Havering has also been twinned with Hesdin in France since 2000, with the relationship starting in 1996.
