What to expect in your PSL temporary accommodation
Our Homeless Accommodation Team will be responsible for ensuring that your household is safe and has been provided with the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the temporary accommodation.
Our Homeless Accommodation team are here to help you and you will be allocated a Temporary Accommodation Management Officer (TAMO) for the management of your property.
When you sign up for the keys for your property you will learn who your allocated officer is and the contact information will be available in your PSL tenancy handbook.
Home visits
We will visit you once you have moved into your home to ensure you have settled in comfortably, assist with any concerns you may have and carry out a range of tasks to help us understand you and your family’s needs so that we can provide the right level of support.

On the date of your viewing and sign up for your tenancy you will be supplied with a PSL tenant’s handbook.
Keep it safe in the property as throughout your time with us we will refer to the handbook and update it when we visit.
The handbook contains useful information and advice that will help you during your stay.
At each settling in visit and property inspection we will make keep a record of our discussion in the handbook.
You can also access this information on-line and will be sent a link to you following the day you sign up.
We expect you to complete the on-line tenancy training within 6 months to support your understanding of the non-secure tenancy agreement.
You can expect our staff to be professional at all times and we expect that they be treated with respect.
If you breach your tenancy conditions in any way you may be putting your home at risk.
