Your feedback is important to us so tell us how we did, we don’t always get it right but we do try to first time.

We have three customer feedback surveys with around five to six questions and an opportunity for you to add your comments.

• Following viewing and signing for your home
• Feedback following a settling in visit
• Feedback following working with our support officer
