Havering staff
Havering staff should go to My Apps and enter their Havering username (usually your Havering email address) and password to get started accessing work applications.
Please note that if you are currently logged into a Microsoft account you may be asked to log out of it.
You will be asked to use your Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) to confirm your identity.
Once logged in you will see the Apps Dashboard where you will be able to access all your work applications such as Outlook and Word.
Suppliers and external partners
If you are a new supplier who requires access to our systems, please contact your Havering business contact who will make the necessary arrangements.
Once you have been set up on our systems, your network account will be enabled as and when required.
You can arrange this through your Havering business contact, who will request this through our IT Service Desk.
Once your business contact confirms your access has been enabled, you can continue your setup using the setup guide above.
