Garden waste service bin sticker delivery delay

There is a delay in the printing and delivery of the bin stickers for the garden waste bin service. Some stickers may take up to 21 days to be delivered. Your garden waste will still be collected during this period.

Recycling and bottle banks

Currently there are no paper recycling banks at Rex Close bring bank site. The nearest other sites are Prospect Road and Collier Row Lane.

Report overflowing and request new recycling and bottle banks

The recycling banks are regularly emptied, if you notice that a bank is full or overflowing please report it. We will then arrange with the bank site owners for them to be emptied.

Please note that the recycling bank facility within the Sainsbury’s Supermarket Hornchurch car park is not a Havering Council facility.

These recycling banks are owned and maintained by Sainsbury’s.

Any issues with these banks should be reported directly to Sainsbury’s on 0800 636262 and not Havering Council.
