Facilities
10 tables and 50 chairs are provided.
The tables are 3ft wide by 7ft long.
Ladies, gents and disabled toilets.
The kitchen includes:
- fridge/freezer
- electric hob oven
- microwave
- sink
- hand wash basin
- hot water urn
- additional power points
A caretaker will be based on site for the duration of the hire and can answer any questions if there are issues on the day.
Hiring Hacton Lane Community Hall
Fees are charged on an hourly basis according to the below schedule.
Full payment, including hire charges and refundable deposit, must be made with your booking to confirm the booking.
Please note there is a minimum hire time of 4 hours.
Setting up time is not included in hall hire, you must allow for this when booking the venue.
Please note, we are unable to allow hire for 18th or 21st birthday parties at this venue.

Hacton Lane Hall hire charges
- Monday to Thursday, 9am to 10pm - £33 per hour
- Friday to Saturday, 9am to 11pm - £50 per hour
- Sunday, 9am to 10pm - £50 per hour
Deposit
Deposit for social hire of halls is £150 which is returned to the hirer after their event provided the hall is left in a good condition.
