Between 1 and 7 November 2025 there may be disruption to planning, building control and land charges services due to scheduled IT works and upgrading of various back office systems.
This may include (but is not limited to) planning searches (accept or return), searches of the Local Land Charges Register, viewing online documents, online reporting or submission forms, application processing (planning, building control, street naming and numbering) or responding to queries.
