Online forms and accounts unavailable 23 to 27 October 2025

Due to planned maintenance and upgrades some of our online forms will be unavailable from 5pm on 23 October until 27 October 2025.

Access to the My Havering account and other accounts such as Housing and Council Tax will also be disrupted.

Social Care and Children's portals

Due to scheduled maintenance, our social care and child protection portals will be unavailable for referrals from 8am on Wednesday 29 October to 5pm on Thursday 30 October 2025.
