Havering Singing For The Brain - Mondays
Music and social group for people living with dementia and their carers.
Every Monday (except bank holidays) from 2pm to 4pm.
Enjoy live music, singing and dancing (as soon as Covid regulations allow), advice and support from others with experience of living with dementia.
These clubs are very beneficial to carers and the cared for giving everyone a chance to socialise.
We have excellent experienced volunteers to help.
All run to Covid regulations. Evidence of both Covid jabs or medical exemption required at first visit.
New members are very welcome and their first session is free.
