Error in Direct Debit letters to housing customers

If you have recently received a letter regarding your Direct Debit increase there has unfortunately been an error in the calculation. We are aware of the issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Replacement letters will be sent soon.

How to use SeeMyData

With SeeMyData Council tenants and leaseholders can access our services and view information including:

  • view your rent, leasehold and any associated account balances and transactions
  • update your personal data
  • report repairs
  • view the status of outstanding repairs
  • report your satisfaction with completed repairs
  • let us know you would like to get involved

Login or register for SeeMyData

You will be required to submit the following details:

  • account reference number
  • name and address
  • date of birth
  • email address
  • favourite word​
  • telephone number

Security is paramount and you will only gain entry to the system if you enter all login data correctly. You are required to enter four individual items of data correctly to gain entry to the system and you will only be able to see the information relating to your own accounts.
