Garden waste service bin sticker delivery delay

There is a delay in the printing and delivery of the bin stickers for the garden waste bin service. Some stickers may take up to 21 days to be delivered. Your garden waste will still be collected during this period.

Roads with missed waste collections

This page will list roads with missed collections we have had confirmed with our collection partner, Urbaser.

This page will not list individual properties, only whole roads we know collections have been missed from.

Confirmation of missed roads, and therefore the publishing of the list, normally takes place between 4.30pm and 6pm but can be earlier or later depending on the circumstances.

If you do not see your road listed and your waste has not been collected, you should report a missed collection.

If provided, we will give you a reason why the collection was missed from the road eg roadworks blocked access.

If it is a long list, and you are using a laptop or desktop keyboard, press the ctrl and F keys together to bring up a search in your browser window you can type your road name into to help you see if your road is listed. From your mobile look for the 'search in page' function in your mobile web browser.

If you see your road listed please leave your waste out to be collected the next day.
