Supplementary information forms (SIF)
If you are applying for one of the schools listed below you will need to obtain a copy of the schools Supplementary Information Form (SIF) directly from the school.
The SIF will enable the school to determine if your child meets their admissions criteria.
Failure to complete the SIF is likely to result in your child not being offered a place at the school.
The SIF will need to be completed and returned to the school by the date specified on the form.
Please do not submit your SIF with your online application.
