Planning fees
In order to submit a valid planning application, in most cases, a fee will be needed.
The fee calculator helps you work out the cost of any particular planning application ranging from a simple householder development to large scale proposals such as housing schemes or industrial estates.
If applying online through the Planning Portal you can pay using a valid debit card.

For paper based submissions, we no longer accept cash payments for planning applications.
