Council tax and benefits online services - Planned maintenance

Due to planned maintenance, you will not be able to access Council Tax and Benefits online forms and personal accounts on Saturday 20 January. Please do not attempt to fill in any Council tax or benefit related online form. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Supporting documents

We need to see the proofs requested when you complete your claim. These need to be the originals documents. We need to see your proofs as soon as possible.

Romford
RM1 3BB

Documents can also be brought to the Public Advice and Service Centre (PASC) in Romford.

You will need to bring the original documents and your own photocopies.

Self employed earnings 

If you are self-employed please send us last year’s accounts. If you do not have your accounts, you will need to complete our self-employed earnings form.

Provide your proofs as soon as possible or your claim may be closed without payment.
