New residential developments

We offer Planning Pre-application advice for new residential properties (houses, flats, annexes), including new builds and the conversion of existing buildings to residential use for up to 24 new dwellings. 

If you would like to submit a proposal for a new residential development that is more than 25 dwellings, use the Development Team Service in section 6

Costs 

There is a charge for this service. All applications must be made online and will require an online payment using a debit or credit card when you submit your application.

All card types are valid except American Express. 

The fees for the Planning pre-application advice service are not refundable.
