Quest Accreditation

Quest is the UK Quality Scheme for Sport and Leisure, a national accreditation scheme for leisure centres and Sports Development teams based on continuous improvement. Quest defines industry standards and good practice and encourages their ongoing development and delivery within a customer focussed management framework.

The Havering Health and Sports Development team has been Quest accredited since 2009 and after their most recent two day Quest Plus assessment are currently rated as 'Good'.
