Everyone Active Exercise Referral Scheme

The Exercise Referral Scheme is run by Everyone Active (EARs) on behalf of London Borough of Havering.

This is a 12 week scheme for adults aged 16 and over who are currently inactive and have particular medical conditions that would benefit from physical activity.
