Changes to housing IT systems and See My Data - Friday 25 May to Monday 4 June 2018

During this period no new information will be added to See My Data. This means rent payments and repair requests submitted will not be showing in your online account. You can still raise a repair request by using See My Data and we will ensure it gets to our repair teams. All our housing services remain operational so if you need any help please call 01708 434000. We expect more calls than normal in this period so we thank you for your patience.

Home ownership service

Our Home Ownership team manage leasehold service charge accounts and deal with Right to Buy enquiries.​

This includes:

  • ​calculating service charges
  • sending invoices
  • monitoring accounts
  • investigating queries about service charges​
  • providing information for leaseholders selling their properties 
  • dealing with lease breaches.

Our service standards

  • If you contact the Home Ownership team, we will acknowledge your enquiry within two working days and send a full response to you within a further 10 working days
  • Home Ownership Officers will be polite at all times
  • The Home Ownership team will issue your annual service charge estimate in March of each year
  • The Home Ownership team will issue your annual statement of actual expenditure by the end of September each year
  • The Home Ownership team will continuously seek the views of leaseholders across the borough to improve its service to leaseholders
