Leaseholder insurance policy from 31 March 2024
The buildings insurance policy for your leasehold and/or shared ownership property is insured with Protector Insurance, 7th Floor, 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3HF.
Documents
A schedule/certificate of insurance including your insured property address (extract of the schedule of properties held by London Borough of Havering) can be requested by email via insurance@havering.gov.uk.
How to report a claim (as included in the summary of cover)
Claims are to be notified as soon as possible, with full details to be provided within 30 days of the claim (7 days in respect of riot or malicious damage) including supporting evidence in writing.
The Police must be notified as soon as possible in the event of theft or malicious damage.
