Business Improvement Districts (BIDs)
A Business Improvement District (BID) is a defined area within which businesses are required to pay an additional tax (or levy) in order to fund projects within the district.
Havering has two active BIDs in the borough.
One within the Rainham (RM13) area known as the London Riverside BID and the other in Romford Town Centre.
