Issue paying when using Internet Explorer browser

We are aware of an issue when making a payment online using the Internet Explorer (IE) browser. Please use a different browser such as FireFox or Chrome. Apologies while we work with our payment system supplier to resolve this issue. Find out what browser you are using

Register or change your Business Rates address

If you have moved to a new property or moved out of a property please let us know so we can adjust your account.

Tell us you have moved

Once we have written to you with your bill you can set up a Direct Debit.

It is also worth setting up your online Business Rates account so you can go online and see your balance, sign up for E-billing and be able to adjust your Direct Debit if you need to.
